If the vehicle is abroad, we manage import, customs clearance and type approval. Your identity remains confidential — Collexium acts on your behalf.

The tax framework is integrated from the outset: holding structure, applicable VAT regime, optimisation in coordination with your counsel.

Disposal

Taking profits or rebalancing your portfolio requires the same level of rigour as entry.

We manage the disposal to maximise the net price: valuation on real comparables, timing recommendation, optimal channel selection, vehicle preparation, negotiation, securing. The tax framework is addressed upstream in coordination with your counsel.

Our hybrid model — fixed fees plus success fee — aligns our interests with your outcome.
